Proof of age is required upon purchase. Option passes gives you
a 25% discount on all week-end lift tickets. Taxes not included.

Your pass card must be visible at all times and remains the property of Ski Mont Habitant. Should you lose your card, upon presentation
of an I.D. Card, we will provide a ski lift ticket and if required, a new pass card will be issued during the following week ($25 charge).
Your pass card is not transferable and it should not be tampered with, lent to anyone or be modified in any way, shape or form or else
it will be confiscated. If your card is damaged or illegible, we will issue a new card free of charge. Offers cannot be combined with other
rebates or promotions. All prices are subject to change without notice. The date for age reference of all categories is December 16th,
2007. We reserve the right to take your picture for publicity use. Refund policy: You may receive a refund if unable to ski for medical
reasons. A letter from the doctor is required for verification and return of season pass. An administration fee of $20 will be deducted
from the refund amount. Percentage of refund after start of season: 50% until the 15 of January 2008, 0% after the 15 of January 2008.
